Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (via keypad)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Late departures may incur a one-night fee

  • Parking must be vacated by 10:00 AM

House Rules

• Maximum guests: 10

• Pets: Allowed (must be preapproved and pet fee paid)

• No smoking (including balconies)

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Upon Arrival

• Check-in begins between 4:30 – 5:00 PM

  • Prior to that, parking spaces may be used by maintenance or housekeeping

• Inspect the unit and report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly

What’s Provided

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only)

• Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies (not replenished):

  • 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and hand soap

Not provided: beach towels,  shampoo, detergents, or other toiletries

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

• You are limited to the number of guests confirmed in your booking

• Extra guests may result in additional charges or eviction

• Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded

Pet Policy

• Preapproval and fee required

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

• Additional fees apply if pet hair is found in beds

Quiet Enjoyment

• Per Tybee Island ordinance:

  • No outside noise between 10 PM – 8 AM

  • Over-occupancy or noise violations may result in eviction without refund

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins = Trash

• Blue bins = Recycling (paper, cardboard, aluminum, plastic only)

  • No glass, food, or pizza boxes in recycling

• Trash/recycling bins are near parking

• Trash pickup: Tuesday | Recycling: Friday

Grilling (if available)

• Grills must stay in designated area per fire code

• Clean after each use

• Charcoal/lighter fluid not provided

• For gas grills, refill tanks at a local store and submit receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Provided by Comcast

• Wi-Fi credentials are posted inside the unit

Before You Leave

Please help us prepare for the next guest by completing the following:

1. Place used towels in the bathtub

2. Leave beds unmade (so housekeeping can strip them easily)

3. If you used the sofa bed, place sheets in the laundry area

4. Wash and put away dishes – or load and run the dishwasher

5. Remove perishables from the fridge and pantry

   • Unopened non-perishables may be left (we donate them locally)

6. Take out all trash to the appropriate bins

7. Turn off lights, electronics, and appliances

8. Lock up using the keypad

9. Double check for forgotten items — shipping costs $35 + postage
