• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (with building staff)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Late check-outs incur a one-night fee

  • Parking must be vacated by 10:00 AM

• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests

• Pets: Not allowed

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

• No smoking (indoors or on the balcony)

• No parties or events

Arrival Information

• Check-in begins at 4:30–5:00 PM

• Prior to this time, your assigned parking spaces may be in use by housekeeping or maintenance staff

Upon Arrival

• Please inspect the unit and notify us immediately if anything is missing or not working

• If anything malfunctions during your stay, let us know and we’ll arrange prompt repairs

What’s Provided

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only – please do not take them to the beach)

• Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies (not restocked during your stay):

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and hand soap

Not provided: Beach towels,   laundry detergent, shampoo, or other personal toiletries

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

• You are limited to the number of guests on your reservation

• No unregistered guests allowed

• Exceeding occupancy may result in eviction without refund

Noise & Courtesy

• Tybee’s Noise Ordinance prohibits outside noise from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Police calls for noise or occupancy violations may result in immediate eviction

Trash & Recycling

• Trash (brown bins) and recycling (blue bins) are located near the parking area

• Recycle only: Paper, cardboard, plastic, aluminum

• Do NOT include: Glass, food waste, or pizza boxes

• Trash pickup: Tuesdays

• Recycling pickup: Fridays

Grilling (if available)

• Keep grill in the designated area per Fire Marshal

• Clean after use

• Charcoal/lighter fluid not provided

• For gas grills, replace empty tanks locally and submit receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable and internet

• Wi-Fi password will be posted in your unit

Before You Leave

1. Place all used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor)

2. Leave used beds unmade for housekeeping

3. If you used the sofa bed, place those sheets in the laundry area

4. Wash and put away all dishes; run the dishwasher

5. Empty fridge and cabinets of all perishables

   • Leave unopened non-perishables—we’ll donate them to a local food bank

6. Take out all trash to designated bins

7. Turn off all lights and electronics

8. Lock the door when you leave

9. Check thoroughly for forgotten items

   • If something is left behind, shipping is $35 plus postage
