• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (Self check-in with building staff)

• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM

  • Strictly enforced; late check-outs incur a one-night penalty

  • Parking area must be vacated by 10:00 AM

During Your Stay

• Maximum guests: 10

• Pets: Allowed (with pre-approval and pet fee paid before arrival)

• No parties or events

• No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony

Arrival Information

• Arrival Time:
  Check-in is available anytime after 4:30 or 5:00 PM. Before that, your assigned parking spaces may be occupied by housekeeping or maintenance.

• Upon Arrival:
  Inspect the unit and notify us immediately if something is missing or damaged. We will respond promptly. Report any issues during your stay so repairs can be scheduled as needed.

What’s Provided

• Linens: Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only — please do not take to the beach)

• Kitchen: Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware

• Starter Supplies:

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher detergent & tabs

  • Starter soap

Not provided:

• Beach towels

• Personal toiletries (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent)

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

• You may not exceed the guest count listed on your booking confirmation

• Extra guests may incur charges

• Exceeding maximum capacity may result in eviction

Quiet Enjoyment

• The City of Tybee has Noise and Occupancy Ordinances

• No outside noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM

• Police involvement due to noise or over-occupancy may lead to eviction without refund

Pet Policy

• Pets must be preapproved with a paid pet fee prior to arrival

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

• A cleaning fee will be charged if pet hair is found on bedding or furniture

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins: Trash

• Blue bins: Recyclables (cardboard, paper, plastics, aluminum only)

  • Do not place glass, food waste, or pizza boxes in recycling

• Trash pickup: Tuesday

• Recycling pickup: Friday

Grilling

• Grills must stay in the designated area per the Fire Marshal

• Clean the grill after use

• Charcoal and lighter fluid not provided

• For gas grills, you’re responsible for tank refills

  • Submit receipts for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Provider: Comcast

• Wi-Fi and cable passwords are provided inside the unit

Departure Checklist

1. Place all used towels in the bathtub

2. Leave beds unmade for housekeeping

3. Place sofa bed linens in the laundry area if used

4. Wash all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans — run the dishwasher

5. Clear fridge and cabinets of perishable items

   • Unopened non-perishables will be donated to a local food bank

6. Take all trash to the designated bins near the parking area

   • Brown = Trash | Blue = Recycling (NO GLASS)

7. Pets: Ensure they have not used beds or furniture

8. Vacate the unit and parking by 10:00 AM sharp

9. Double-check for personal items

   • Forgotten items can be shipped for $35 + postage

Before You Leave

• Gather used towels

• Throw out rubbish

• Turn off lights and appliances

• Return keys

• Load and run the dishwasher

• Please ensure only clean items are returned to cabinets
