The Artist Cottage is a Tybee gem! Located just two blocks from the beach this 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is sure to give you the relaxing getaway you deserve. This house actually has 2 units available. Each unit is completely unique.
Unit 1 - There is a charming screened porch, a spacious open floor plan living area. A king in the bedroom 1, a king in the 2nd bedroom and a twin day bed in the den area. The Artists Cottage has a lot of outdoor space:. Fenced in back yard with a charcoal grill & dining area plus a hot & cold water outdoor shower. Out front, you have a screened porch with a porch swing there is a unique table area in the front yard. Parking for up to 3 cars.
Unit 2- This spacious cottage has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds, the second bedroom has a queen bed. This unit has an open floor plan with plenty of light filled space. The home was designed by a local artist and is filled with unique art touches and pops of color. There is a huge fenced in outdoor space.
You will be provided with a Starter Supply of:
- Paper Towels (1 roll)
- Toilet paper (2 per bath)
- Bath towels (interior use only)
- Bed linens (interior use only)
- Dish/hand soap
- Dish detergent
- Trash Bags (3)
~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~
- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
