What are the check in procedures?

Call Kathee at 913-260-3330 when you are an hour away from Savannah so she can ensure your rental is set up. Upon arrival, check around to make sure there is nothing we need to address.

Do you have any check-out procedures?

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM 
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Additional charges will be incurred for any late check-out!

    NO PARKING IS PERMITTED AT THE UNIT PAST THE CHECK-OUT TIME.
    Please place all used towels inside the bathtub.
    Please load the dishwasher and begin the cycle.
    Please leave all used beds unmade; if the sleeper sofa was used please remove the sheets
    All furniture MUST be returned to its original location
    Set thermostats to 76 when running A/C or 68 when running the heat
    Take Out all trash and place in Waste Management cans or dumpsters.  
    Please make sure all doors and windows are closed, leave the front door unlocked
    LEAVE ALL KEYS INSIDE THE UNIT Lost key charge is $50

DOUBLE CHECK ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE WITH YOU! We will gladly return your items for $35 plus shipping cost.

Do you have any specific rules?

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. If there is evidence of smoking in the property you will be charged $300 for additional cleaning and ionization services.  This is strictly enforced! If you smoke outside, please make sure the doors are closed and dispose of butts properly.
NO HOUSE PARTIES!  Unit occupancy is for the number of people authorized in your Property Rental Agreement only. Excessive noise or disorderly conduct at the property may result in immediate eviction with no refund of rental charges.
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY

What should I bring?

You will be provided with a Starter Supply of:
  • Paper Towels (1 roll)
  • Toilet paper (2 per bath)
  • Bath towels (interior use only)
  • Bed linens (interior use only)
  • Dish/hand soap
  • Dish detergent
  • Trash Bags (3)

You will be responsible for supplying your own beach towels and any other items you may want or need for the beach.
