This gracious southern home is one block away from the ocean on the South end of Tybee. Capture the ocean breeze on the huge screened-in porch that features both an eating area and a living area. The screened in porch is also equipped with ceiling fans. The light filled living room has original Ship Lap wood walls and 27 foot ceilings with sky lights. There are 4 spacious bedrooms which sleep a total of 12 people in beds. Bedroom 1 has a king, bedroom 2 has a king, Bedroom 3 has two queen beds, Bedroom 4 has two double beds. There are two full baths. Plus there is still a sink basin vanity in the 4th bedroom- a throw back to the turn of the century version of luxury. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens to dining area. There is a huge back yard, ample parking for up to 5 vehicles plus an outdoor grilling area complete with picnic tables.
This Century old home was completed in 1916 and we have managed to keep the original charm integrated with modern amenities. Enjoy the grace of a bygone era.
