Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 4:30–5:00 PM
  (Parking spaces may be occupied by housekeeping or maintenance before this time)

• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Late checkouts will incur a one-night penalty

  • The parking area must also be vacated by 10:00 AM

• Self Check-in: With building staff

Upon Arrival

• Take a quick look around. If something seems off or isn’t working, contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony.

During Your Stay

• Pets: Allowed only if pre-approved and with a paid pet fee

• No parties or events

• No smoking anywhere inside or on balconies

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Tybee Noise Ordinances enforced)

  • Violation may result in eviction with no refund

Occupancy Rules

• Guest count is limited to the number on your booking confirmation

• Additional guests may incur fees

• Exceeding the maximum capacity may lead to eviction

Pet Policy

• Must be pre-approved and fees paid in advance

• Not allowed on beds or furniture

  • Evidence (like pet hair) will result in cleaning charges

Items Provided Upon Arrival

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only)

• Pots, pans, dishes, silverware

• Starter supplies only (no restocking during stay):

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher tabs/liquid

  • Starter hand/body soap

Not Provided:

• Beach towels

• Toiletries (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, detergent)

Parking Information

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Trash & Recycling

• Trash Disposal: Dumpster available inside the enclosure just outside the Ocean Gate. No recycling.  No pick up dates.

Grilling Area (if applicable)

• Grills must remain in designated areas as per Fire Marshal

• Clean after each use

• Charcoal and lighter fluid not provided

• If using propane:

  • You may exchange the tank at a local store

  • Submit your receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Provided by Comcast

• Passwords will be listed in your unit

Before You Leave

1. Place all used towels in the bathtub

2. Leave all beds unmade (makes it easier for housekeeping)

3. If you used the sofa bed, place sheets in the laundry area

4. Wash all used dishes and run the dishwasher

5. Remove all perishables from the fridge and cabinets

   • Non-perishables can be left for donation

6. Take out all trash to the designated bins near the parking garage

7. Make sure pets haven’t been on the furniture or beds

8. Turn off all lights, appliances, and electronics

9. Double-check for forgotten belongings

   • Lost item shipping is $35 + postage
