• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (self check-in via keypad)

During Your Stay

• Pets allowed (preapproval and fee required)

• No parties or events

• No smoking (includes the balcony)

  • $350 fee if evidence of smoking is found

Arrival Information

• Check-in is after 4:30–5:00 PM

  • Parking spaces may be used by housekeeping/maintenance before this time

• Upon arrival, please inspect the unit and report any issues immediately

• If something breaks or stops working, notify us right away so we can schedule repairs

What’s Provided

• All bed and bath linens (for indoor use only – please don’t take to the beach)

• Cookware, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies:

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher soap and tabs

  • Starter hand soap

  Note: These supplies are not restocked during your stay

Not Provided

• Beach towels

• Personal toiletries (detergent, shampoo, etc.)

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

• The number of guests must match your booking confirmation

• Extra guests may incur a fee

• Overcapacity may result in eviction

Quiet Hours & Noise Policy

• Tybee enforces strict Noise & Occupancy Ordinances

• No outside noise between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Police calls due to excessive noise or over-occupancy may result in eviction without refund

Pet Policy

• Pets must be preapproved, and a pet fee paid prior to arrival

• Restrictions apply regarding size, breed, and number of pets

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

  • Evidence of pets in beds will result in charges for replacement linens

Trash & Recycling

• Trash Disposal: Dumpster available inside the enclosure just outside the Ocean Gate. No recycling.  No pick up dates.

Grilling

• Each unit has a gas grill

  • Please clean after each use and leave it tidy for the next guests

  • If the propane tank is empty, exchange it at a nearby store

  • Submit your receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable and Wi-Fi

• Login details are posted in your unit

Departure Instructions

Before you leave, please:

1. Place all used towels in the bathtub – do not leave them on the floor

2. Leave used beds unmade for housekeeping

3. If you used the pull-out sofa, place used linens in the laundry area

4. Wash all dishes, pots, and utensils

5. Run the dishwasher

6. Remove all perishable items from the fridge and cabinets

   • Non-perishables will be donated to a local food bank

7. Take out all trash to the designated bins

8. Pets must not have been on furniture or in beds – evidence of hair in beds may incur charges

9. Vacate the unit and parking area by 10:00 AM – late check-outs will be charged a penalty

10. Double-check for personal items – forgotten items can be mailed for $35 plus postage

11. Turn off lights and appliances, and lock up
