Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (Self check-in with keypad)

• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM

  • Late check-out incurs a one-night penalty

  • Parking area must be vacated by 10:00 AM

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

House Rules

• Maximum guests: 14

• Pets: Allowed (with prior approval in Property Rental Agreement)

• No smoking (inside or on balconies)

  • Smoking inside results in a $300 cleaning fee

  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly if smoking outside

• No parties or events

• No beer pong

• No fireworks (illegal in Georgia)

• No shrimp shells in garbage disposal

  • Service charge for disposal clogging

• Do not change refrigerator settings

  • Call for assistance if needed

• Do not set thermostat below 70º for A/C

  • Avoid evaporator freeze-up

• Do not run A/C with doors/windows open

  • Excess moisture can cause unit failure

• Barbecue grills: Keep in approved locations (per fire marshal)

• Pool: Pets are not allowed in the pool

  • Violation will incur a $1000 fee

• Occupancy limit: Must not exceed the number of guests in the Property Rental Agreement

  • Excessive noise or disorderly conduct may result in immediate eviction with no refund

Before You Leave

1. Gather used towels and place them in the bathtub

2. Dispose of all trash

3. Turn off lights, appliances, and electronics

4. Lock up before leaving
