Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (self check-in with building staff)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Parking must also be vacated by 10:00 AM

During Your Stay

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

• Pets allowed (must be pre-approved and pet fee paid)

• No parties or events

• No smoking (inside or on the balcony)

Arrival

• Check-in begins after 4:30–5:00 PM

  • Parking spaces are occupied by staff before then

• Upon arrival, inspect the unit and notify us immediately if anything is wrong

• If something stops working during your stay, please notify us so we can schedule repairs

What’s Provided

• All bed and bath linens (for indoor use only)

• Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies:

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher liquid, tabs, and starter soap
    (These items are not restocked during your stay)

Not provided:
Beach towels,  personal toiletries (e.g., detergent, shampoo)

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy & Quiet Enjoyment

• You are limited to the number of guests listed on your booking confirmation

  • Extra guests may incur additional charges

  • Exceeding the guest limit may result in eviction

• City ordinances enforced:

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Police may be called for noise or over-occupancy and may result in eviction without refund

Pets

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval and payment of pet fee

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds

  • A cleaning fee will be charged if pet hair is found in beds

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins – Trash

• Blue bins – Recycling (cardboard, paper, plastics, aluminum)

  • Do not place glass, food waste, or pizza boxes in recycling

• Trash pickup: Tuesday

• Recycling pickup: Friday

Grilling

• If a grill is provided:

  • Use only in designated area per Fire Marshal

  • Clean it after each use

  • Charcoal/lighter fluid not provided

  • For gas grills, refill tanks at a local station and submit your receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable and internet

• Wi-Fi passwords are posted in each unit

Before You Leave

1. Gather all used towels and place them in the bathtub

2. Leave all used beds unmade for housekeeping

3. If you used the pull-out sofa, place used linens in the laundry area

4. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher

5. Clean out the fridge and cabinets of perishables

   • We donate unopened, non-perishable items to a local food bank

6. Bag and dispose of trash in appropriate bins

   • No glass in recycling

7. Ensure pets have not been on beds or furniture

8. Lock up

9. Check for personal items

   • Shipping forgotten items costs $35 plus postage
