Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 4:30–5:00 PM
  (Before this time, your parking spaces may be occupied by housekeeping or maintenance.)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (Strictly enforced)

  • Late check-outs will incur a one-night penalty

  • Parking spots must also be vacated by 10:00 AM

• Self check-in: With building staff

House Rules

• Maximum guests: 5

• Pets: Allowed with pre-approval and paid pet fee

• No parties or events

• No smoking (inside the unit or on the balcony)

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (City of Tybee ordinance enforced)

  • Excessive noise or over-occupancy may result in eviction without refund

Upon Arrival

• Inspect the unit and notify us immediately if anything is missing or not working.

• We’ll handle any issues as soon as possible.

Provided Items

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only — do not take to the beach)

• Cookware & utensils: Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies only (no refills provided during your stay):

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher detergent/tabs

  • Starter bar soap

Not Provided:

• Beach towels

• Toiletries (e.g., shampoo, detergent)

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy Policy

• You are limited to the number of guests listed on your booking confirmation

• Additional guests may incur charges

• Exceeding capacity may result in eviction

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins: Trash

• Blue bins: Recycling (cardboard, paper, plastic, aluminum)

  • Do NOT recycle: Glass, food waste, pizza boxes

• Trash collection: Tuesday

• Recycling collection: Friday

• Before you leave: Take trash to the bins near the parking area

Grilling Area (if available)

• Grills must remain where designated by the Fire Marshal

• Clean thoroughly after use

• Charcoal/lighter fluid not provided

• If using propane:

  • Exchange the tank locally and submit your receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable & Wi-Fi

• Passwords are posted inside the unit

Before You Leave

1. Place used towels in the bathtub

2. Leave beds unmade for housekeeping

3. If the sofa bed was used, place those sheets in the laundry area

4. Wash dishes and run the dishwasher

5. Clean out the fridge and cabinets of all perishables

   • Unopened non-perishables may be left for donation

6. Take all trash to the dumpster

7. Ensure pets have not been on furniture or in beds

   • You’ll be charged for pet hair or damage

8. Turn off all lights and appliances

9. Double-check for belongings

   • Lost item return: $35 service fee + postage
