Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 4:30–5:00 PM
  (Before this time, your assigned parking may be in use by housekeeping or maintenance.)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Late check-outs will incur a one-night penalty

  • Parking must also be vacated by 10:00 AM

• Self Check-In: With building staff

During Your Stay

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

• Pets: Allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee

• No smoking (inside the unit or on the balcony)

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

  • Tybee Island enforces noise and occupancy ordinances

  • Violations may result in eviction with no refund

Upon Arrival

• Inspect the unit and report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

• If something stops working during your stay, let us know — we’ll schedule a repair.

What’s Provided

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only – please don’t take them to the beach)

• Cookware & utensils: pots, pans, dishes, silverware

• Starter supplies only (not restocked during your stay):

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher detergent & tabs

  • Starter hand or bar soap

Not Provided:

• Beach towels

• Toiletries (e.g. shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent)

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

• You are limited to the number of guests on your booking confirmation

• Extra guests may result in charges or eviction

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins: Trash

• Blue bins: Recycling (cardboard, paper, plastics, aluminum)

  • Do NOT include: Glass, food, pizza boxes

• Trash pickup: Tuesday

• Recycling pickup: Friday

• Before checkout: Please bag and dispose of trash in bins near the parking area

Grilling Area (if available)

• Grill must remain in the Fire Marshal-designated location

• Clean after each use

• Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided

• If your grill uses propane:

  • Exchange the tank locally

  • Submit your receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides internet and basic cable

• Network name and password are posted in the unit

Before You Leave

1. Place used towels in the bathtub — do not leave them on the floor

2. Leave used beds unmade

3. If the pull-out sofa was used, place sheets in the laundry area

4. Wash all dishes, run the dishwasher, and clean out the fridge and cabinets

   • Non-perishables left behind will be donated to a local food bank

5. Take out all trash to the bins (Brown = trash, Blue = recycling — no glass!)

6. Pets: Not allowed on beds or furniture. Evidence of pet hair may result in extra charges

7. Strict checkout time: 10:00 AM

   • Late departures will be charged for an additional night

8. Vacate the parking area by 10:00 AM

9. Check for personal belongings —

   • Forgotten items can be shipped to you for a $35 service fee + postage
