House Rules

• Maximum guests: 10

• Pets allowed (must be preapproved and pet fee paid before arrival)

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

• No parties or events

• No smoking (including the balcony)

Arrival Info

• Parking spaces may be in use by housekeeping/maintenance until 4:30–5:00 PM

• Upon arrival, inspect the unit and report any issues immediately

• If anything breaks during your stay, let us know so we can arrange prompt repairs

What’s Provided

• Bed & bath linens (indoor use only – not for beach use)

• Basic cookware, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies (not restocked during your stay):

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap

Not Provided

• Beach towels

• Personal toiletries (shampoo, detergent, etc.)

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Bikes

• Must be stored in bike racks or inside your unit

  • Do not lock bikes to railings or leave in hallways (insurance rules)

Occupancy

• Only guests listed in your booking confirmation are allowed to stay

• Extra guests may incur fees or result in eviction

Noise & Local Ordinances

• Tybee enforces noise and occupancy ordinances

• No excessive noise from 10 PM to 8 AM

• If police are called for noise or over-occupancy, eviction may occur without refund

Pet Policy

• Pets must be approved in advance and fee paid

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

  • Additional cleaning charges apply if hair is found in beds

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins = trash

• Blue bins = recycling (cardboard, paper, aluminum, plastic only – no glass or pizza boxes)

• Located near the parking area

• Pickup days: Trash – Tuesday | Recycling – Friday

Grilling

• If your unit has a grill:

  • Do not move it (Fire Marshal regulations)

  • Clean after each use

  • Charcoal & lighter fluid not provided

  • If you need a propane refill, you may exchange the tank at a local store and submit the receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable & Wi-Fi

• Passwords are listed inside your unit

Before You Leave

1. Place all used towels in the bathtub

2. Leave beds unmade

3. Strip sleeper sofa bedding and place in laundry area (if used)

4. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher

5. Clean out fridge & cabinets of perishables (non-perishables will be donated)

6. Take all trash to appropriate bins (brown = trash, blue = recycling)

7. Ensure pets have not been on furniture or in beds

8. Vacate unit and parking area by 10:00 AM

9. Check for personal items – forgotten items may be returned for $35 + postage

10. Turn off lights/appliances and lock up
