Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (Self check-in with keypad)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM — strictly enforced

During Your Stay

• Maximum guests: 9

• Pets allowed (preapproval and pet fee required)

• No parties or events

• No smoking — including balconies

  • $350 fee if smoking is detected

Arrival

• Your parking spaces may be used by housekeeping/maintenance before 5:00 PM

• Upon entering, please inspect the unit and notify us immediately if anything is amiss

• If anything stops working during your stay, contact us so we can arrange repairs

Supplied Items

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only – do not take to the beach)

• Pots, pans, dishes, silverware

• Starter supplies only:

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher soap + starter tabs

  • Small bar soap

These items are not replenished during your stay.

Not Provided:

• Beach towels,    detergent, shampoo, or personal toiletries

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

• Your group must match the number listed in your booking confirmation

  • Extra guests may incur charges

  • Exceeding max occupancy can result in eviction

Quiet Hours

• Tybee Island enforces strict noise and occupancy ordinances

  • No outdoor noise between 10 PM – 8 AM

  • Police calls for noise/overcapacity may result in eviction without refund

Pets

• Must be preapproved and pet fee paid before arrival

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

  • Evidence of pet hair in beds = cleaning fees charged

Trash & Recycling

• Bins are near the parking area

  • Brown bins = trash

  • Blue bins = recycling (cardboard, paper, aluminum, plastic)

  • NO glass, food waste, or pizza boxes in recycling

• Trash Pickup: Tuesday

• Recycling Pickup: Friday

Grilling

• Grills must stay in the Fire Marshal–approved area

• Clean after each use

• Charcoal/lighter fluid not provided

• For propane: refill at any gas/grocery store and submit receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable and Wi-Fi

• Network and password posted inside the unit

Before You Leave

To help our team and future guests, please do the following before checkout:

1. Towels: Place all used towels in the bathtub

2. Beds: Leave used beds unmade

3. Sofa bed: Place used linens in laundry area

4. Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher

5. Food: Remove perishables; leave unopened dry goods for donation

6. Trash: Bag and take to correct bins (Brown = trash, Blue = recycling)

7. Pets: Ensure no pet hair on beds or furniture

8. Power: Turn off all lights, fans, and electronics

9. Check-out: Leave by 10:00 AM

   • Late check-out = one-night penalty

10. Final check: Make sure nothing is left behind

    • Forgotten items: $35 + postage to return
