Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 4:30–5:00 PM
  (Please note: Parking spaces may be occupied by housekeeping and maintenance before check-in time.)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Late check-outs will incur a one-night penalty.

  • Parking must be vacated by 10:00 AM.

• Self Check-In: Access via keypad.

During Your Stay

• Pets: Allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee. Contact us for pet-friendly unit details.

• Parties/Events: Not allowed.

• Smoking: Prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (City ordinance enforced)

Occupancy Policy

• You are limited to the number of guests listed on your booking confirmation.

• Extra guests may incur additional charges.

• Exceeding maximum occupancy may result in eviction without refund.

Arrival Instructions

• Upon arrival, inspect the unit and report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

• If anything stops working during your stay, notify us so we can arrange repairs.

Supplies Provided (Upon Arrival Only)

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only—please do not take to the beach)

• Dishes, cookware, and silverware

• Starter items:

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher soap/tabs

  • Starter hand soap

Note: Supplies will not be restocked during your stay.

Not Provided

• Beach towels

• Personal toiletries (e.g., shampoo, detergent)

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins: Trash

• Blue bins: Recycling (paper, cardboard, plastics, aluminum)

  • No glass, food waste, or pizza boxes

• Pickup schedule:

  • Trash: Tuesday

  • Recycling: Friday

Grilling

• Use grills only in designated locations as required by the Fire Marshal.

• Clean grills after use and leave tidy for the next guest.

• Charcoal/lighter fluid not provided.

• If using a gas grill and the tank is empty, exchange it locally and submit the receipt for reimbursement.

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable and internet.

• Wi-Fi passwords are available inside each unit.

Before You Leave (Departure Checklist)

1. Place all used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor).

2. Leave beds unmade to help housekeeping.

3. Place pull-out sofa linens in the laundry area (if used).

4. Wash all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Run the dishwasher.

5. Clean out fridge and cabinets of perishable items.
   Leave non-perishables for donation (optional).

6. Take all trash to outside bins near the parking area:

   • Brown = Trash

   • Blue = Recycling (no glass)

7. If pets were included in your booking:

   • No pets allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of hair may incur a fee.

8. Ensure check-out by 10:00 AM sharp.

   • Parking area must also be cleared by 10:00 AM.

9. Check the unit thoroughly for any forgotten items.

   • Shipping of lost items costs $35 + postage.

10. Lock up and make sure all lights, appliances, and electronics are turned off.
