• Check-in: After 4:30–5:00 PM
  (Parking spaces may be occupied by housekeeping/maintenance until then.)

• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Late check-outs will incur a one-night fee

  • Parking must be vacated by 10:00 AM

During Your Stay

• Maximum guests: 10

• Pets: Allowed with pre-approval and paid pet fee

• No smoking (inside unit or on balcony)

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Tybee Island enforces strict ordinances)

Upon Arrival

• Inspect the property and report any issues immediately so we can resolve them promptly.

• If anything stops working during your stay, notify us to schedule repairs.

What’s Provided

• Bed & bath linens (for indoor use only – do not take to the beach)

• Cookware & utensils

• Starter supplies only (not restocked):

  • 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher detergent/tabs

  • Starter soap

Not provided:

• Beach towels

• Toiletries (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, detergent)

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

• You may only host the number of guests listed on your booking confirmation

• Additional guests may result in fees or eviction

Quiet Enjoyment

• Outside noise is not allowed from 10 PM – 8 AM per city ordinance

• Police reports for noise or over-occupancy may lead to eviction with no refund

Pet Policy

• Pets must be approved in advance, and the pet fee paid

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

• Evidence of pet hair in beds will result in cleaning charges

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins: Trash

• Blue bins: Recycling (cardboard, paper, aluminum, plastic only)

  • NO glass, food waste, or pizza boxes

• Trash day: Tuesday

• Recycling day: Friday

Grilling Area (if available)

• Keep the grill in its designated location (per Fire Marshal)

• Clean after use

• Charcoal/lighter fluid not provided

• For propane grills: exchange tanks at a store and submit the receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable and internet

• Wi-Fi details are posted in the unit

Before You Leave

1. Place used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor)

2. Leave beds unmade so housekeeping can strip them

3. Place sofa bed linens in laundry area if used

4. Clean and run the dishwasher, and empty the fridge/cabinets of perishables

5. Bag and take trash to the bins (Brown = trash, Blue = recycling)

6. Check for personal belongings

   • Shipping items back incurs a $35 service fee + postage

7. Turn off lights and appliances

8. Lock up the unit
