Laundry area with washer, dryer, Iron & Ironing board.
Beautiful gated community with two pools and a spa tub. Outdoor shower. 100 yards to ocean on south beach near the pier.

Guest access

In addition to your huge condo, you have access to the prettiest property on Tybee. Lush green spaces with two pools and a spa hot tub. Covered assigned parking spaces and elevators that open near your front door. Convenient location: 1/2 block from ocean near the Pier and shopping and restaurants on South Beach

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: After 4:30–5:00 PM
    (Parking spaces may be used by staff before then)

  • Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

    • Late check-outs incur a one-night fee

    • Parking must also be vacated by 10:00 AM

  • Check-In Method: Self check-in with building staff


Guest Policies

  • Maximum Guests: 8

  • Pets: Allowed (pre-approval and pet fee required)

  • Parties/Events: Not allowed

  • Smoking: Not permitted inside or on the balcony

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (City ordinance)


Upon Arrival

  • Inspect the unit and report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

  • If something breaks or stops working during your stay, let us know and we’ll schedule repairs.


What’s Provided

  • All bed and bath linens (for indoor use only — not for the beach)

  • Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware

  • Starter Supplies (not replenished during your stay):

    • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

    • 1 roll of paper towels

    • Dishwasher tabs and dish soap

    • Starter hand soap

Not Provided:
Beach towels,   detergent, shampoo, and other personal toiletries.


Parking

  • Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

    • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

  • Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.


Occupancy

  • Your stay is limited to the number of guests listed on your booking confirmation.

  • Extra guests may incur charges

  • Exceeding the max occupancy may result in eviction


Noise & City Ordinances

  • Tybee Island enforces Noise & Occupancy Ordinances

  • No outside noise from 10 PM to 8 AM

  • Police reports for noise or over-occupancy may result in eviction with no refund


Pet Policy

  • Pets must be pre-approved and the pet fee paid before arrival

  • Even if pets are approved, they are not allowed on beds or furniture

  • Evidence of pet hair on beds/furniture will result in an additional cleaning fee


Trash & Recycling

  • Brown Bins: Trash

  • Blue Bins: Recycling — paper, cardboard, aluminum, plastics

    • No glass, food waste, or pizza boxes

  • Pickup Days:

    • Trash: Tuesday

    • Recycling: Friday


Grilling (if applicable)

  • Grills must remain in the designated area set by the Fire Marshall

  • Clean after use and leave tidy for the next guest

  • Charcoal/lighter fluid not provided

  • If using a gas grill, exchange the tank if needed and submit your receipt for reimbursement


Internet & Cable

  • Provided by Comcast

  • Wi-Fi passwords are listed inside the unit


Before You Leave

To help our staff and ensure smooth transitions for future guests, please complete the following before departure:

  1. Gather used towels and place them in the bathtub (not on the floor)

  2. Leave beds unmade so housekeeping can strip them easily

  3. Place sofa bed linens in the laundry area (if used)

  4. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher

  5. Clear the fridge and cabinets of all perishable items
    (Leave unopened non-perishables—we donate them to the local food bank)

  6. Take out all trash and recycling to the bins near the parking area

  7. Ensure no pet hair is left on beds or furniture

  8. Turn off lights, appliances, and electronics

  9. Lock up and check the unit for forgotten items
    (Shipping forgotten items costs $35 + postage)
