Checking In and Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (no earlier than 4:30 PM)

• Check-out: Strictly before 10:00 AM

• Self Check-In: Via keypad

• Late Checkout: Will incur a one-night penalty

• Parking area must be vacated by 10:00 AM

Arrival Information

• Until check-in time, your parking spaces will be used by housekeeping/maintenance

• Upon arrival, inspect the unit and report any issues immediately

• Smoking is not allowed inside or on the balcony

Occupancy & Quiet Enjoyment

• Maximum guests: 8

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

• No smoking

• You are limited to the number of guests stated on your booking confirmation

• Exceeding occupancy may result in eviction without refund

• Tybee’s noise and occupancy ordinances are strictly enforced

Pet Policy

• Pets are allowed only in approved units

• Pets must be pre-approved and paid for before arrival

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds – evidence will result in charges

Supplied Items Upon Arrival

• All bed and bath linens (for indoor use only – not for beach use)

• Cookware, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies:

  • 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher soap and tabs

  • Starter bar soap

Not Supplied:

• Beach towels

• Toiletries like shampoo or laundry detergent

Parking Information

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Trash & Recycling

• Trash Disposal: Dumpster available inside the enclosure just outside the Ocean Gate. No recycling.  No pick up dates.

Grilling (If Applicable)

• Grills must remain in designated areas (per Fire Marshall)

• Please clean the grill after use

• Charcoal and lighter fluid not provided

• For propane refills, you may exchange tanks at local stores and submit your receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Passwords available in the unit

Before You Leave

1. Gather all used towels and place them in the bathtub

2. Leave used beds unmade

3. If used, place sofa bed sheets in the laundry area

4. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher

5. Remove perishables from fridge/cabinets (non-perishables may be left for donation)

6. Take out all trash to the correct bins

7. Ensure no pet hair is left in beds or furniture

8. Turn off all lights and appliances

9. Double-check for any forgotten items (Shipping lost items costs $35 + postage)
