Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (self check-in with building staff)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Late check-outs incur a one-night penalty

  • Parking must be vacated by 10:00 AM for staff access

Occupancy

• Maximum: 7 guests

• You are limited to the number of guests on your booking confirmation

• Extra guests may result in additional charges or eviction

Pets

• Allowed with pre-approval and paid pet fee

• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds

  • Evidence of pet hair on bedding will result in cleaning charges

Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony

Quiet Hours & Conduct

• No parties or events allowed

• Tybee Island noise ordinance: No outside noise from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Violations may result in eviction without refund

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Upon Arrival

• Inspect the unit and report any issues immediately

• If anything stops working during your stay, contact us to schedule repairs

Provided Supplies

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only)

• Cookware, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies:

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher liquid, tabs, and starter hand soap

• Not provided:

  • Beach towels

  • Personal toiletries (e.g., shampoo, laundry detergent)

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins: General trash

• Blue bins: Recycling (cardboard, paper, plastic, aluminum)

  • Do not place glass, food waste, or pizza boxes in recycling

• Trash pickup: Tuesday

• Recycling pickup: Friday

• Bins are located near the parking area

Grilling

• Grills must remain in designated areas (per Fire Marshal)

• Clean after use

• Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided

• For gas grills:

  • Exchange empty tanks at a nearby store

  • Submit receipts for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable and internet

• Wi-Fi login details are provided in your unit

Departure Checklist

1. Place used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor)

2. Leave beds unmade for housekeeping

3. Place used pull-out sofa sheets in the laundry area

4. Wash and put away all dishes, or run the dishwasher

5. Clear the fridge and cabinets of perishables

   • Unopened non-perishables will be donated

6. Take all trash and recycling to the proper bins

7. Ensure no pet hair is on beds or furniture

8. Check out by 10:00 AM

9. Remove all vehicles from the parking area by 10:00 AM

10. Double-check for personal items

    • Forgotten items can be mailed for $35 + shipping
