Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (self check-in with building staff)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Parking must also be vacated by 10:00 AM

During Your Stay

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests

• Pets allowed (with pre-approval and paid pet fee)

• No smoking inside or on the balcony

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (per City of Tybee noise ordinance)

• Violations may result in eviction without refund

Arrival

• Check-in is anytime after 4:30–5:00 PM

• Your assigned parking spaces may be used by housekeeping and maintenance prior to that time

• Please inspect the unit upon arrival and report any issues immediately so we can address them

Provided Items

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only)

• Cookware, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies:

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher liquid, tabs, and starter hand soap

• Not provided: beach towels,   toiletries, shampoo, laundry detergent

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

• Only guests listed on your booking confirmation may stay overnight

• Additional guests may incur extra charges or lead to eviction

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins: trash

• Blue bins: recycling (cardboard, paper, plastics, aluminum)

  • Do not include: glass, food waste, or pizza boxes

• Trash pickup: Tuesday

• Recycling pickup: Friday

Grilling

• Use grills only in designated areas (per Fire Marshal)

• Clean after each use

• Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided

• If a gas tank refill is needed, exchange it locally and submit your receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable and internet

• Wi-Fi passwords are posted in each unit

Departure Instructions

1. Place used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor)

2. Leave beds unmade

3. Place pull-out sofa linens in the laundry area

4. Wash all dishes or run the dishwasher

5. Empty the fridge and pantry of perishables

   • Unopened non-perishables will be donated

6. Bag and dispose of all trash in the appropriate bins

7. Ensure no pet hair is on beds or furniture (charges may apply)

8. Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM

9. Vacate the parking area by 10:00 AM

10. Double-check for personal belongings

    • Shipping forgotten items costs $35 plus postage

Before You Leave

• Gather all used towels

• Throw away all rubbish

• Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostat

• Return all keys as instructed
