• Check-in: Between 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  (Parking spaces may be occupied by staff until then)

• Checkout: By 10:00 AM — strictly enforced

Guest Policies

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests

• Pets allowed (with pre-approval and paid pet fee)

• No parties or events

• No smoking (not permitted indoors or on balconies)

Upon Arrival

• Inspect the unit and report any issues immediately so we can assist.

• Notify us if anything stops working during your stay—we’ll schedule repairs.

• Smoking is never allowed inside or on balconies.

What’s Provided

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only—do not take to the beach)

• Cookware and utensils

• Starter supplies:

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap
    Note: These are not restocked during your stay

Not Provided

Beach towels,   laundry detergent, shampoo, or other personal toiletries.

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy Rules

• You may not exceed the number of guests listed in your booking confirmation.

• Extra guests may incur charges.

• Exceeding capacity may result in eviction.

Noise & City Ordinances

• Tybee Island enforces quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM

• Excessive noise or over-occupancy may result in police being called and eviction without refund

Pet Policy

• Pets must be preapproved and the pet fee paid before arrival

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

• Evidence of pet hair in beds may incur additional cleaning fees

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins = Trash

• Blue bins = Recycling (paper, cardboard, aluminum, plastics)
  No glass, food, or pizza boxes

• Trash pickup: Tuesdays

• Recycling pickup: Fridays

Grilling (if applicable)

• Grills must remain in the designated area per the Fire Marshall

• Clean after use and leave tidy

• Charcoal and lighter fluid not provided

• For propane grills: If a refill is needed, purchase a tank exchange and submit the receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Provider: Comcast

• Wi-Fi passwords are available in the unit

Before You Leave

1. Place used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor)

2. Leave beds unmade

3. If sofa bed linens were used, place them in the laundry area

4. Wash all dishes, pots, and pans. Run the dishwasher

5. Empty fridge and cabinets of perishables
   (Unopened non-perishables can be left for donation)

6. Bag and place all trash and recycling in proper bins near the parking area

7. Pets: Ensure no pet hair is on beds or furniture

8. Checkout is at 10:00 AM sharp

   • Late departures will result in a one-night penalty

   • Parking area must also be vacated by this time

9. Double-check for personal items

   • Left items can be mailed for $35 + postage
