During Your Stay

• Maximum guests: 8

• Pets allowed (must be preapproved with paid pet fee)

• No parties or events

• No smoking — including the balcony

  • A $350 fee will apply if smoking is detected

Arrival Time

Check-in begins at 4:30–5:00 PM. Prior to that, your designated parking spaces may be used by housekeeping or maintenance staff.

Upon Arrival

• Please inspect the unit immediately. If anything is amiss, notify us right away and we’ll take care of it.

• If something stops working during your stay, let us know so we can schedule repairs.

What’s Provided

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only — please do not take to the beach)

• Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies include:

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher liquid and tabs

  • Starter soap

These items will not be restocked during your stay.

Not Provided

• Beach towels

• Toiletries, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

• You are limited to the number of guests listed in your reservation

• Additional guests may incur extra charges

• Exceeding capacity may result in immediate eviction

Quiet Enjoyment

• Tybee Island enforces Noise and Occupancy Ordinances

  • No outdoor noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM

  • If authorities respond due to noise or over-occupancy, you may be evicted without a refund

Pet Policy

• Pets must be preapproved with a paid pet fee prior to arrival

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

  • Additional cleaning fees apply if pet hair is found in beds

Trash & Recycling

• Bins are located near the parking area

  • Brown bins = trash

  • Blue bins = recycling (cardboard, paper, aluminum, plastics)

  • No glass, food waste, or pizza boxes in recycling

• Trash pickup: Tuesday

• Recycling pickup: Friday

Grilling Area

• If your unit includes a grill:

  • Must remain in the designated area per Fire Marshal

  • Clean the grill after use

  • Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided

  • If using gas and the tank is low, exchange it locally and submit your receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Provided by Comcast

• Wi-Fi network name and password are posted inside your unit

Before You Leave

Please complete the following before checking out:

1. Place all used towels in the bathtub

2. Leave beds unmade (so housekeeping can strip them quickly)

3. Pull-out sofa used? Place those linens in the laundry area

4. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher

5. Remove all perishable food from the fridge and cabinets

   • Leave non-perishables if you wish — we’ll donate them

6. Take all trash to the bins

   • Use the correct bin (trash vs. recycling)

7. No pet hair on beds or furniture — additional charges will apply

8. Vacate by 10:00 AM — late check-outs will be charged one full night

9. Remove all personal belongings

   • Forgotten items? We can return them for $35 + shipping
