• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (Self check-in with building staff)

• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM

  • Late check-outs are subject to a one-night penalty

  • Parking area must be vacated by 10:00 AM

During Your Stay

• Maximum guests: 8

• Pets: Allowed (with pre-approval and paid pet fee)

• No parties or events

• No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony

Arrival Information

• Arrival Time:
  Check-in is available anytime after 4:30 or 5:00 PM. Until then, your assigned parking spaces may be in use by housekeeping or maintenance.

• Upon Arrival:
  Please inspect the unit and notify us immediately if anything is amiss. We will address any issues promptly. If something stops working during your stay, let us know so we can schedule repairs.

Provided Items

Upon arrival, your unit includes:

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only—please do not take them to the beach)

• Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware

• A starter supply of:

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher liquid and tabs

  • Starter soap

Not provided:

• Beach towels

• Personal toiletries (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent)

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

• You may not exceed the number of guests listed in your booking confirmation

• Extra guests may incur additional charges

• Exceeding maximum capacity may result in eviction

Quiet Enjoyment

• The City of Tybee enforces Noise & Maximum Occupancy Ordinances

• Outside noise is prohibited between 10 PM and 8 AM

• Police calls for noise or over-occupancy may result in eviction without a refund

Pet Policy

• Pets must be preapproved, and a separate pet fee is required before arrival

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

• Evidence of pet hair on beds will result in additional cleaning charges

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins are for trash

• Blue bins are for recycling: cardboard, paper, plastics, aluminum

  • No glass, food waste, or pizza boxes in recycling

• Trash pickup: Tuesday

• Recycling pickup: Friday

Grilling

• Grills must remain in designated areas as per Fire Marshal regulations

• Clean grills after use and leave them tidy for the next guests

• Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided

• If using a gas grill, you’re responsible for refilling the tank

  • Submit the receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Provider: Comcast

• Wi-Fi and cable passwords are provided inside the unit

Departure Checklist

1. Place all used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor)

2. Leave all used beds unmade

3. Place pull-out sofa sheets in the laundry area if used

4. Clean all dishes, cookware, and utensils; run the dishwasher

5. Empty fridge and cabinets of perishable items

   • You may leave unopened non-perishables; we donate them to a local food bank

6. Take all trash to bins near the parking area

7. Pets: Ensure they did not sleep on furniture or in beds

8. Strict checkout at 10 AM

9. Double-check for forgotten items

   • Shipping of lost items is $35 + postage
