• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (Self check-in with building staff)

• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM

  • Late check-out may incur an additional charge

  • Parking area must be vacated by 10:00 AM

During Your Stay

• Maximum guests: 7

• Pets: Allowed (with prior approval and separate pet fee)

• No smoking (inside or on balconies)

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Per Tybee City Ordinance)

  • Violation may lead to eviction with no refund

• Occupancy limit: Do not exceed the number of guests stated in your booking confirmation

  • Extra guests may incur additional charges

  • Exceeding max capacity can result in eviction

Additional Rules

• Smoking:

  • NO SMOKING inside the property or on the balcony

  • Evidence of smoking inside will incur a $300 cleaning fee

  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly if smoking outside

• Pets:

  • Pets must be pre-approved, with a separate fee

  • No pets on furniture or beds (Evidence of hair may incur charges)

  • No pets in the pool

• Grilling:

  • Grills must remain in approved areas as designated by the fire marshal

  • Clean the grill after use and leave it tidy for the next guests

  • Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided (If gas grill is used, purchase a tank refill and submit the receipt for reimbursement)

• Trash & Recycling:

  • Use the designated brown trash bins for rubbish

  • Trash pickup is on Tuesday

  • Recycling instructions provided separately

• Parking

  • Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

    • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

  • Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

• Noise & Conduct:

  • Tybee City has Noise Ordinances in effect between 10 PM and 8 AM

  • Excessive noise or disorderly conduct will result in eviction with no refund

Arrival Information

• Arrival time: After 4:30 or 5:00 PM (Housekeeping and maintenance may occupy your parking spots before then)

• Upon arrival:

  • Inspect the unit and notify us immediately if anything is amiss

  • We will address issues promptly

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or on the balcony

Departure Checklist

1. Towels: Place all used towels in the bathtub (do not leave them on the floor)

2. Beds: Leave used beds unmade for housekeeping to strip

3. Sofa sheets: If you used sheets for the pull-out sofa, place them in the laundry area

4. Dishes: Wash and clean all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Run the dishwasher. Clean out the fridge & cabinets of perishable items. Non-perishable items may be donated to a local food bank

5. Trash: Bag and take all trash to the dumpster/trash bins located near the parking area

6. Pets: Ensure pets did not go on the furniture or in the beds (charges will apply for hair in the beds)

7. Check-out: Check-out time is 10 AM (Strictly enforced)

8. Parking: Vacate parking area by 10 AM

9. Forgotten items: Double-check for any forgotten items (Shipping service charges $35 + postage for any items that need to be mailed)
