• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (self check-in with building staff)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Late check-outs incur a one-night penalty

  • Parking area must be vacated by 10:00 AM to allow staff access

During Your Stay

• Maximum guests: 8

• Pets allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee

• No parties or events

• No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony

Arrival & Parking

• Check-in time is after 4:30–5:00 PM

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Upon Arrival

• Check the unit and report any issues immediately

• If anything stops working during your stay, let us know so we can schedule repairs

What’s Provided

Included:

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only)

• Cookware, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies:

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dishwasher liquid, tabs, and starter soap

Not Provided:

• Beach towels

• Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, detergent

Occupancy

• You are limited to the number of guests listed on your booking confirmation

• Additional guests may result in extra charges or eviction

• Maximum: 8 guests

Quiet Enjoyment

• City of Tybee noise ordinance: No outside noise between 10 PM and 8 AM

• Over-occupancy and excessive noise may result in police involvement and eviction without refund

Pet Policy

• Pets must be preapproved and a pet fee paid prior to arrival

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

  • A cleaning fee will apply if there is evidence of pet hair on beds or furniture

Trash & Recycling

• Brown bins: Trash

• Blue bins: Recycling (cardboard, paper, plastic, aluminum only)

  • Do not include glass, food, or pizza boxes

• Collection days:

  • Trash: Tuesday

  • Recycling: Friday

Grilling Area

• Grills must remain in their designated location per Fire Marshal rules

• Clean after each use

• Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided

• For gas grills:

  • Refill tanks at a nearby store

  • Submit receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Provided by Comcast

• Network name and password are available in the unit

Departure Instructions

1. Place used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor)

2. Leave used beds unmade

3. Place pull-out sofa linens in the laundry area if used

4. Wash all dishes and cookware; run the dishwasher

5. Clear fridge and cabinets of perishables

   • Unopened non-perishables will be donated to a local food bank

6. Take trash and recycling to the bins near the parking area

7. If pets were present, ensure no hair is left on furniture or beds

8. Check-out time is 10:00 AM and strictly enforced

9. Vacate the parking area by 10:00 AM

10. Double-check for personal items
