Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (self check-in via keypad)
  Note: Parking spaces may be in use by housekeeping or maintenance before this time.

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)
  Late check-outs will be charged a full night’s fee.

Guest Policies

• Maximum Guests: 8

• Pets: Allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee

• Smoking: Not allowed inside or on the balcony

• Parties/Events: Not permitted

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM (enforced by City ordinance)

Upon Arrival

• Please inspect the unit and notify us immediately if anything is amiss so we can address it promptly.

• If anything stops working during your stay, let us know so we can arrange repairs.

What’s Provided

• Bed and bath linens (indoor use only – please don’t take them to the beach)

• Cookware, dishes, and utensils

• Starter supplies (not restocked during your stay):

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dish soap, dishwasher pods, and hand soap

Not Provided: Beach towels,  detergent, shampoo, or other personal items

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

• You may not exceed the number of guests on your booking confirmation

• Extra guests may incur charges and/or result in eviction

• Tybee Island enforces maximum occupancy and noise ordinances

Pet Rules

• Pets must be pre-approved and the pet fee paid in advance

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds

• Evidence of pet hair in beds or on furniture will result in a cleaning charge

Noise Ordinance

• Outdoor noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM

• Police calls for noise or over-occupancy may result in eviction with no refund

Trash & Recycling

• Trash Disposal: Dumpster available inside the enclosure just outside the Ocean Gate. No recycling.  No pick up dates.

Grilling (if available)

• Grills must remain in the area designated by the Fire Marshall

• Please clean after each use

• Charcoal and lighter fluid not provided

• If your gas grill needs fuel, exchange the tank at a local store and submit your receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Provided by Comcast

• Wi-Fi passwords are posted in each unit

Before You Leave

Please complete the following before your departure:

1. Place used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor)

2. Leave used beds unmade for housekeeping

3. Put used sofa bed linens in the laundry area (if applicable)

4. Wash and put away all dishes, run the dishwasher

5. Remove all perishables from fridge and cabinets

   • You may leave unopened non-perishables — we donate them

6. Take out all trash and recycling to the bins near parking

7. If pets stayed, ensure no hair is on furniture or beds

8. Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances

9. Lock up and do a final sweep for forgotten items

   • Shipping forgotten items costs $35 + postage
