Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (self check-in via keypad)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Late check-outs will incur a one-night penalty

  • Parking must also be vacated by 10:00 AM

During Your Stay

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests

• Pets: Allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee

• Smoking: Not allowed indoors or on the balcony

  • A $350 ionization fee will be charged if any smoking is detected

• Parties/events: Not permitted

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (City ordinance)

Upon Arrival

Please inspect the unit upon entry.
If anything is missing or not working, notify us immediately so we can assist.

Provided at Check-In

• Bed & bath linens (for indoor use only – not for the beach)

• Dishes, cookware, utensils

• Starter supplies only (not replenished):

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, starter hand soap

Not provided: Beach towels,  detergent, shampoo, or other personal items

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

You may not exceed the number of guests on your booking confirmation.
Extra guests may result in additional charges or eviction.

Quiet Enjoyment & Noise Policy

Tybee enforces Noise & Maximum Occupancy Ordinances:

• No outdoor noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM

• Police calls for noise or over-occupancy may result in immediate eviction with no refund

Pet Policy

• Pets must be pre-approved, with a paid pet fee

• Restrictions apply to size, number, and breed

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds

• Evidence of pets in beds will result in a charge for replacement linens

Trash & Recycling

• Trash Disposal: Dumpster available inside the enclosure just outside the Ocean Gate. No recycling.  No pick up dates.

Grilling

• Each unit at Brass Rail includes a gas grill

• Please clean after each use

• If the gas canister is low or empty:

  • Exchange it at the nearest grocery or gas station

  • Submit your receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable and internet

• Wi-Fi passwords are posted in each unit

Before You Leave

1. Place used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor)

2. Leave used beds unmade

3. Place used sofa bed linens in the laundry area (if used)

4. Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils; run the dishwasher

5. Remove perishables from the fridge and cabinets

   • Unopened non-perishables may be left—we donate them

6. Take out trash and recycling to the designated bins

7. If pets stayed, ensure no hair is on furniture or bedding

8. Turn off lights and electronics

9. Lock up and double check for forgotten items

   • Lost item shipping: $35 service fee + postage
