Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (self check-in with keypad)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Late check-outs will incur a one-night penalty

  • Parking must be vacated by 10:00 AM to allow access for our staff

During Your Stay

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests

• Pets: Allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (City ordinance)

• No smoking: Not permitted indoors or on the balcony

• No parties or events allowed

• Violations of occupancy or noise rules may result in eviction without refund

Arrival Time

Check-in begins after 4:30–5:00 PM.
Before that, your assigned parking spaces may be used by housekeeping or maintenance staff.

Upon Arrival

• Inspect the unit upon entry

• Report any issues immediately so we can address them

• If something stops working during your stay, please notify us right away so repairs can be scheduled

What’s Provided Upon Arrival

• All bed and bath linens (for indoor use only – please do not take to the beach)

• Cookware, dishes, and silverware

• Starter supplies (not restocked):

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dish soap, dishwasher liquid/tabs, and hand soap

Not provided: Beach towels,  detergents, shampoo, or other personal toiletries

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy Limits

You are limited to the number of guests on your booking confirmation.
Extra guests may incur additional charges and/or eviction if capacity is exceeded.

Pet Policy

• Pets must be pre-approved with a paid pet fee prior to arrival

• Restrictions apply on breed, size, and number of pets

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

• Evidence of pet hair in beds will result in charges for replacement linens

Trash & Recycling

• Trash bins (brown) and recycling bins (blue) are near the parking area

• Recycling allowed: Cardboard, paper, aluminum, and plastic

• Not allowed in recycling: Glass, food waste, or pizza boxes

• Trash pickup: Tuesdays

• Recycling pickup: Fridays

Grilling Area

If your unit has a grill:

• It must stay in the designated area per Fire Marshal regulations

• Clean after each use

• Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided

• For gas grills, if the tank is low or empty:

  • Exchange it at a local store

  • Submit your receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable and internet

• Wi-Fi password is available inside your unit

Before You Leave (Departure Checklist)

1. Place all used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor)

2. Leave all used beds unmade for housekeeping

3. Place sofa bed linens (if used) in the laundry area

4. Wash all dishes, run the dishwasher, and put away clean cookware

5. Empty fridge and cabinets of all perishables

   • Leave unopened non-perishables—we’ll donate them to the local food bank

6. Bag and take out all trash

   • Brown = trash

   • Blue = recycling (no glass)

7. If you brought pets, check beds and furniture for hair

   • Charges apply if hair is found in beds

8. Turn off all lights and electronics

9. Lock the unit

10. Double check for personal items

    • Forgotten items can be shipped for $35 plus postage
