Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 5:00 PM (self check-in with keypad)

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)

  • Late check-outs will incur a one-night penalty

  • Parking must also be vacated by 10:00 AM

During Your Stay

• Maximum guests: 8

• Pets: Allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee

• Parties/events: Not permitted

• Smoking: Not allowed indoors or on the balcony

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (City ordinance)

• Noise complaints or over-occupancy may result in eviction with no refund

Arrival Time

Check-in begins after 4:30–5:00 PM.
Before that, parking spaces may be occupied by housekeeping or maintenance.

Upon Arrival

Please inspect the unit upon entry.
If something is missing or not working, notify us immediately so we can assist.

What’s Provided

• Bed and bath linens (for indoor use only – please do not take to the beach)

• Cookware, dishes, silverware

• Starter supplies (not restocked):

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

  • 1 roll of paper towels

  • Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, starter hand soap

Not provided: Beach towels,   detergent, shampoo, or other personal items

Parking

• Condos: Each condo unit is allowed two assigned parking spaces only.

  • Golf carts count as one vehicle.

• Houses: Parking availability varies by property. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.

Occupancy

You may not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.
Extra guests may result in charges or eviction.

Pet Policy

• Pets must be pre-approved and pet fee paid before arrival

• Limits apply to size, number, and breed

• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

• Evidence of pet hair in beds will result in linen replacement charges

Trash & Recycling

• Trash Disposal: Dumpster available inside the enclosure just outside the Ocean Gate. No recycling.  No pick up dates.

Grilling

• If your property has a grill:

  • Leave it where designated by the Fire Marshal

  • Clean after each use

  • Charcoal/lighter fluid not provided

  • For gas refills: Exchange the tank at a grocery/gas station and submit the receipt for reimbursement

Internet & Cable

• Comcast provides basic cable and internet

• Wi-Fi password is available inside the unit

Departure Checklist

Before you leave:

1. Place used towels in the bathtub (not on the floor)

2. Leave beds unmade (housekeeping will strip them)

3. If used, place sofa bed linens in the laundry area

4. Wash all dishes and cookware; run the dishwasher

5. Empty fridge and cabinets of perishables

   • Leave non-perishables—we’ll donate them

6. Take all trash to the bins (brown = trash, blue = recycling)

7. If pets stayed, ensure no hair is on furniture or beds

8. Turn off all lights and electronics

9. Lock up the unit

10. Double-check for personal items—shipping lost items costs $35 + postage
