The Brass Rail complex is one of Tybee's newest luxury gated property which boast two (2) communal pools.  The property is located on South Beach and it is less than 50 yards to Tybee's sandy beach front or to Tybee's pier and business strip.

This unit is a 2nd floor unit with elevator access directly to your landing (front door) and to your car making it convenient for loading and unloading of your luggage, supplies, etc.  Once inside this unit, you'll see the extensive wood trim and hardwood flooring throughout the unit.  The unit has an open layout where you can cook and entertain your guest and family in the family room and dining room area that seats six (6).  The living room has a sofa plus a sleeper sofa and comfy chairs arranged on rugs on the beautiful hardwood floors.  The entertainment center had a large TV and DVD player with cable.  There is Wi-Fi access throughout the unit. 

The living room opens through French doors to a large private L-shaped balcony with a commanding view of the ocean.  The balcony is fully furnished with outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. 

The open concept kitchen is fully-equipped and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a breakfast bar that seats 3 additional people. 

For those messy and sandy beach days, the unit have a full size washer and dryer located just off the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony access for some fresh ocean air or you can escape to your spacious master bath which contains both a walk in shower and separate soaking tub with jets, his and her vanities, and tons of closet space.

The second bedroom contains a queen bed and its own TV.  The third bedroom is setup as a kid's retreat with two (2)  double beds and TV.

The 2nd full bath and half-bath are accessible from the hallway.

We offer an unique feature were large parties of up to 18 people can be easily accomodated.  Check out Brass Rail Unit 201 which sleeps 8.  Reserving these two units, you will have your own private elevator where the elevator landing separates the two (2) units.  The two units are almost mirror images and their front doors are less than 8 feet apart.  Together the units sleep 18 people in comfort; they are great for large groups, family reunions, etc.  You and your family will enjoy the laid-back atmosphere on Tybee with biking and shopping near by and Historical Savannah only 20 minutes away.

Our condo is family friendly, but, please, NO SMOKING.
Pets are allowed if you have made prior arrangements and have a signed pet agreement.

We are the ocean view corner unit on the 2nd floor.
We own both unit on the private elevator landing.  The elevator come straight up from your covered parking spaces.  If you rent both units, they are accessible from the covered elevator landing and the front doors are only about 8 feet apart.  This gives you the best of both world, plenty of private space, yet close access to each other.  Both units together will sleep 18 people.
