The Brass Rail complex is one of Tybee's newest luxury gated property which boast two (2) communal pools and bbq areas.  The property is located on South Beach and it is less than 50 yards to Tybee's sandy beach front or to Tybee's pier and business strip.

This ocean view corner unit is on the second floor with elevator access directly between your landing (front door) and the garage making it convenient for loading and unloading of your luggage, supplies, etc.  Once inside this unit, you'll see the extensive wood trim and hardwood flooring.  The unit has an open layout where you can cook and entertain your guest and family in the family room and dining room area that seats six (6) plus 3 more at the breakfast bar.  The living room has two (2) sofas and comfy chairs arranged on rugs on the beautiful hardwood floors.  The entertainment center had a large TV and DVD player with cable.  There is Wi-Fi access throughout the unit. 

The living room opens through French doors to a private balcony with a commanding view of the ocean.  The large L-Shaped private balcony is fully furnished with outdoor furniture and lounge chairs and a grill. 

The kitchen is fully-equipped and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a bar area + 3 bar chairs that opens to the living area.

For those messy and sandy beach days, the unit have a full size washer and dryer located just off the kitchen.

This light filled  master bedroom feature a king bed and ocean view. You can open up to the balcony for some fresh ocean air or you can escape to your spacious master bath which contains both a standp shower and separate soaking tub with jets, his and her vanities, and tons of closet space.

The second bedroom contains a luxury queen mattress and its own TV.  The third bedroom is setup as a kid's retreat with both a set of twin size bunk beds and a double bed plus it's own TV. There is cable and WI-Fi throught out the unit.

The 2nd full bath and half-bath are accessible from the hallway.

We  offer a unique feature were large parties of up to 18 people can be easily accomodated.  Check out Brass Rail Unit 202 which sleeps 10.  Reserving these two units together and you will have your own private elevator where the elevator landing separates the two (2) units.  The two units are almost mirror images and their front doors are less than 8 feet apart.  Together the units sleep 18 people in comfort; they are great for large groups, family reunions, etc.  You, your family and friends will enjoy the laid-back atmosphere on Tybee with biking and shopping near by and Historical Savannah only 20 minutes away.

Our condo is family friendly, but, please, NO SMOKING.
Pets are allowed if you have made prior arrangements and have a signed pet agreement.

You have a private elevator landing straight from your covered parking places to your front door.  Our two units are the only ones on the landing.  If you rent both units, your two front doors are about 8 feet apart and have totally protected access between the units.
