The beach is just across the street! This 3 story townhouse has enough space to entertain and relax. There is a hot and cold water outdoor shower. Open concept ocean view living room and kitchen. The master features bay window with an ocean view, king bed, and en suite bath. Second bedroom with king bed. Third bedroom with two double beds. Fourth bedroom with two double beds. Plus there is a fabulous private gated courtyard with a grilling area Great location on south beach - walking distance to everything

Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)

Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
