There is a large flat screen TV with Cable and basic internet access. The dining table seats 6 with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar.

We are only 1/2 a block from the ocean, but the orientation of this unit offer no views, though you can still enjoy the covered balcony that catches the ocean breezes. The first bedroom has a king bed with access to the balcony and an on suite master bath. There is a second flat screen TV in this bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two double beds. Altogether you can sleep 8 people in beds plus 2 people on the queen sleeper in the living room. A second full bath is just off the hallway.

Our condo is family friendly, but, please, NO SMOKING.

Pets are allowed if you have made prior arrangements and have a signed pet agreement.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is conveniently located 1/2 block from the pier on South Beach. Once you park, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, the pier and local entertainment. There are hardwood floors in the living room and tile in foyer, kitchen and both baths. Custom cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and oil rubbed bronze faucets compliment the fully equipped kitchen which has stainless steel appliances and a double convection oven as well as microwave,a stainless steel dishwasher and fridge. The laundry area has a stackable washer/dryer.

We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.

Each unit should have a couple of beach chairs that you can take to the beach.

We provide for our Guest(s) a welcome starter kit with each unit which includes the following:

- automatic diswasher soap

- hand soap

- a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels

- no toiletries will be furnished

Note: any supplies required beyond the initial start up are to be supplied by the Guest.

Three (3) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)

Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.

Weekly - $1,250. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $200. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $225.

~Winter (2014-Dec 1- Feb 28 & 2015 - Dec 1-Feb 28)

Weekly - $1,100. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $180. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $200.

~Spring (2015 - Mar 1-June 5)

Weekly - $1,400. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $240. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $260.

~Summer (2015 - June 6-Sept 12)

Weekly - $1,600. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $___. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $___.

weekly only June thru Aug 12. June 27- July 11 $1,900.

Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,

Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Three day minimum on holiday rentals.

Additional Costs

All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $110 housekeeping fee.
A refundable security deposit of $400 or a non refundable $35 damage waiver is required.
A $30 processing fee may apply.
