The unit has an open layout where you can cook and entertain your guest and family in the family room and dining room area that seats eight (8).  The living room has two (2) sofas and comfy chairs arranged on rugs on the beautiful hardwood floors.  The entertainment center had a large flat screen TV and DVD player with cable.  There is Wi-Fi access throughout the unit. 

The living room opens through French doors to a private balcony with a commanding view of 1 of the 2 communal pool.  Your huge L-shaped private balcony is fully furnished with outdoor furniture and rocking chairs and electric grill. 

The kitchen is fully-equipped and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops that opens to the living area. 

For those messy and sandy beach days, the unit have a full size washer and dryer located just off the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king size luxury mattress  and french doors that can open up to the balcony for some fresh ocean air or you can escape to your spacious master bath which contains both a walk in shower and separate soaking tub with jets, his and her vanities, and tons of closet space.

The second bedroom contains a luxury queen mattress and its own TV.  The third bedroom is setup with two (2) double beds.

The 2nd full bath and half-bath are accessible from the hallway.

If you have a larger group, arrangements can be made to take a second unit on the same stair well. Check out unit 112 Brass Rail which is on the same stair well and sleeps 10 (Note:  Unit 112 is not pet friendly).  These two units share a private elevator. Together, these units sleep 18 people in comfort; they are great for large groups, family reunions, etc.  You, your family and friends can enjoy the laid-back atmosphere on Tybee with biking and shopping near by and Historical Savannah only 20 minutes away.

Our condo is family friendly, but, please, NO SMOKING.
Pets are allowed if you have made prior arrangements and have a signed pet agreement.

The Brass Rail complex is one of Tybee's newest luxury gated communities which boast two communal pools and a Spa hot tub.  The property is located on South Beach and it is less than 50 yards to ocean and it is an easy walk to Tybee's pier, with its resturants and shops.

This unit is a 3rd floor pool view unit has elevator access directly from your landing (front door) to the parking area making it convenient for loading and unloading your luggage, supplies, etc.  Once inside this spacious unit with an open floor plan, you see all the extras and upgrades such as extensive wood trim and hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, etc.
