Unit 120 Brass Rail is a 1st level unit with a huge extended balcony The elevator open directly to your landing near your front door. Parking is across from the elevator making it convenient for loading and unloading of your luggage, supplies, etc. The unit has an open layout where you can cook and entertain your guest and family in the family room and dining room area that seats six (6) plus three more at the breakfast bar. The living room has plenty of seating with a sofa and an assortment of comfy chairs and ottomans. The entertainment center had a large TV and DVD player with cable. There is Wi-Fi access throughout the unit. The living room opens through French doors to a private balcony with an extended deck which over looks the pool. The balcony is fully furnished with lounge chairs and a gas grill. The kitchen is fully-equipped and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a breakfast bar area that opens to the living area. For those messy and sandy beach days, the unit have a full size washer and dryer located just off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size luxury mattress where it can open up to the balcony for sZome fresh ocean air or you can escape to your spacious master bath which contains both a walk in shower and separate soaking tub with jets, his and her vanities, and tons of closet space. The second has a queen bed and third bedroom is furnished with two double beds. The 2nd full bath and half-bath are accessible from the hallway.
The true added bonus of this unit is the over sized balcony. In addition to the 450 square foot covered balcony, this unit has an additional 300 feet of open balcony that overlooks the pool. It features chaises, rocker tables and chairs and a gas grill.

- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
