Experience that best of both worlds. Fabulous ocean front condo combines the view and all the amenities: heated pool, on-site restaurant, childrens playground. You have breath taking view from almost everywhere in the condo. This unit features a covered balcony off the livingroom and a second balcony off the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has all new designer furniture with a new king bed and en suite. The second bedroom has also has a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper in the living room. The is a second full bath off the hallway.

There is fully equipped kitchen with lovely views of the ocean and a breakfast bar. The dining table seats 6. The property has two pool (one heated) plus an on site restaurant, play ground, etc.

~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~

We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.

Each unit should have a couple of beach chairs that you can take to the beach.

We provide for our Guest(s) a welcome starter kit with each unit which includes the following:

- automatic diswasher soap

- hand soap

- a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels

- no toiletries will be furnished

Note: any supplies required beyond the initial start up are to be supplied by the Guest.

Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)

Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.

~Fall ( 2015 - Sept 13-Nov 30)

Weekly - $1,800. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $300. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $350.

~Winter (2015 - Dec 1-Feb 28)

Weekly - $1,600. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $270. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $300.

~Spring (2015 - Mar 1-May 12)

Weekly - $2,000. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $330. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $360.

~Summer (2015 - May 12-Sept 12)

Weekly - $2,300. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $___. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $___.

weekly only June thru Aug 12. June 27- July 11 $2,800.

Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,

Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Three day minimum on holiday rentals.

Additional Costs

All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $130 housekeeping fee.
A refundable security deposit of $400 or a non refundable $35 damage waiver is required.
A $30 processing fee may apply.
