Beach Baby is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse unit of a Triplex building. It is located on South Beach just steps from down town Tybee. You can walk to the beach, to the Pier or to restaurants within minutes. This unit is an open floor plan with hardwood floors, a full kitchen suite of stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops throughout. In the living room, it has standard sofa and sleeper sofa. There are two assigned covered parking places right next to the elevator. The elevator opens directly into the unit from the assigned covered parking.
Although you are 1/2 block from the ocean, you have great views of the ocean and the pier from the living room and the covered balcony. As a bonus, there is an observation deck on the rooftop that offers panoramic views of the island.

- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
