Silver Shore is a new small condo complex building located on South Beach-- just steps away from downtown Tybee. You can walk to the beach, to the Pier or to resturants within minutes. This is the top floor, corner unit featuring views of the ocean and Pier from your front door. Cozy open concept floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appaliances.
The living room has a leather recliner and a sofa with a queen sleeper for your overflow guest. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has an attached bath and access to the covered balcony. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with a attached bathroom. Each room has a ceiling fan and central A/C throughout. For the days you didn't pack enough clothes or the messy beach days, this unit does have a washer/dryer within the unit and hardwood flooring.
The kitchen is a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, kitchenwares, etc. The kitchen and bathroom countertops are both granite. While you can not see the ocean from the balcony, it does catch a nice breeze. And the ocean is at the end of the street, an easy 2 minute walk.
There are two assigned covered parking spots located right next to the elevator. Wi Fi and cable TV.

- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of beach chairs that you can take to the beach.
- We provide for our Guest(s) a welcome starter kit with each unit which includes the following:
- automatic diswasher soap
- hand soap
- a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels
- no toiletries will be furnished
Note: any supplies required beyond the initial start up are to be supplied by the Guest.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.

Weekly - $ 900. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $150. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $170.
~Winter (2015 - Dec 1-Feb 28)
Weekly - $ 800. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $130. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $150.
~Spring (2015 - Mar 1-May 12)
Weekly - $1,000. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $170. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $195.
~Summer (2015 - May 12-Sept 12)
Weekly - $1,200. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $___. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $___.
weekly only June thru Aug 12. June 27- July 11 $1,500.
Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Three day minimum on holiday rentals.
Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $90 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $400 or a non refundable $35 damage waiver is required.
- A $30 processing fee may apply.
