Pelicans Landing is an 18 unit condo complex conveniently located 1/2 block from the pier on South Beach.
Once you park, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, the pier and local entertainment.
Unit 306 Pelicans Landing is the corner unit on the 3rd floor and does have glimpses of the ocean. it is very spacious and well thought out. There is hardwood flooring in the living room and tile in the foyer, kitchen and both bathrooms. Custom cabinets, granite counter tops and oil rubbed bronze faucets compliment the fully equipped kitchen (stainless steel appliances, double convection oven, stainless steel dishwasher microwave and fridge. There is a washer and dryer within the unit.
In the living room, it has a sofas and two additional chair and large flat screen TV with cable. The large dining table seats 6 with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The first bedroom has a king bed with access to the balcony and an en suite master bath. There is a second flat screen TV in this bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed whereas the third bedroom is furnished with one double bed and one twin bed. Altogether you can sleep 7 people in beds. A second full bath is just off the hallway.
The unit includes basic internet access. The building is located approximately 1/2 a block from the ocean, nonetheless, you can still enjoy the covered balcony that catches the ocean breeze. We share the largest pool on Tybee,
Our condo is family friendly, but, please, NO SMOKING.
Pets are allowed if you have made prior arrangements and have a signed pet agreement.

- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
