~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~
- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of beach chairs that you can take to the beach.
- We provide for our Guest(s) a welcome starter kit with each unit which includes the following:
- automatic diswasher soap
- hand soap
- a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels
- no toiletries will be furnished
Note: any supplies required beyond the initial start up are to be supplied by the Guest.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is conveniently located 1/2 block from the pier on South Beach. Once you park, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, the pier and local entertainment. This is one of the largest of the 3 bedroom unit: it is very spacious and well thought out. There is hardwood flooring in the living room and tile in the foyer, kitchen and both bathrooms. Custom cabinets, granite counter tops and oil rubbed bronze faucets compliment the fully equipped kitchen (stainless steel appliances, double convection oven, stainless steel dishwasher microwave and fridge. There is a washer and dryer within the unit.
The open concept living room features colorful sofa and chairs plus a large flat screen TV with cable. The dining table seats 6 with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. The unit includes basic internet access.
The building is located approximately 1/2 a block from the ocean, but the orientation of this unit offer very little in veiws, but you do catch glimpses of the ocean from the master and double bedroom and the balcony. Nonetheless, you can still enjoy the covered balcony that catches the ocean breeze. The first bedroom has a king bed with access to the balcony and an on suite master bath. There is a second flat screen TV in this bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed whereas the third bedroom is furnished with two double beds. Altogether you can sleep 8 people in beds. A second full bath is just off the hallway.
Our condo is family friendly, but, please, NO SMOKING.
Pets are allowed if you have made prior arrangements and have a signed pet agreement.

Weekly - $1,100. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $180. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $200.
~Spring (2015 - Mar 1- May 9)
Weekly - $1,450. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $240. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $260.

Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,

Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $120 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $400 or a non refundable $35 damage waiver is required.
- A $30 processing fee may apply.
