This unit is your classic Tybee Island coastal beach retreat. This is the downstairs studio unit in an oceanfront property. Whether you want to sit outside at the property's communal bbq and lounge area sipping your beverage of choice, dipping your toes in the ocean or just relaxing back on the couch, you can have all within steps away. This is one of Tybee's most relaxing locations to catch up on your reading as you relax in the breeze or put your feet up and watch the ships sail by.

~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~
- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of beach chairs that you can take to the beach.
- We provide for our Guest(s) a welcome starter kit with each unit which includes the following:
- automatic diswasher soap
- hand soap
- a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels
- no toiletries will be furnished
Note: any supplies required beyond the initial start up are to be supplied by the Guest.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.

~Winter (2015 - Dec 1-Feb 28)
Weekly - $750. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $115. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $130.
~Spring (2015 - Mar 1-May 9)
Weekly - $900. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $150. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $165.
~Summer (2015 - May 9-Sept 12)

Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,

Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $65 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $200 or a non refundable $35 damage waiver is required.
- A $30 processing fee may apply.
