This eastern most tip of Tybee's offers a glorious view of the ships & the dophin frolicking. Just sit back in your outdoor livingroom and catch up on your reading as you relax in the breeze or put your feet up and watch the ships sail by.

You have lots of choice to enjoy the ocean if you are not lounging on the spacious screened porch to relax in the out door living room or dine at the table that seats 6-8 while enjoying the ocean breezes. Or move on down to the ocean front patio and grill out.
Or take your morning coffee on the private deck off the master.

~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~
- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of beach chairs that you can take to the beach.
- We provide for our Guest(s) a welcome starter kit with each unit which includes the following:
- automatic diswasher soap
- hand soap
- a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels
- no toiletries will be furnished
Note: any supplies required beyond the initial start up are to be supplied by the Guest.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.

Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $140 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $400 or a non refundable $35 damage waiver is required.
- A $30 processing fee may apply.
