We are proud to offer several new properties with Ocean Watch Tybee Vacation Rental listed below:
1. ~Coral Reef is a new luxurious modern 5 bedroom/4.5 bath multi-level townhouse with a private pool. This property has a modern kitchen filled with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to delight the chef in the family/party. The property is located in South Beach and less than 1 block from the ocean.
2. ~Tybee Retreat is one of our most versatile property in terms of being able to sleep comfortably 6 to 40 people in beds under the same roof. This is an updated property with modern kitchens and granite throughout. This is an ideal property for large gatherings such as family reunions, wedding engagement parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc. This is a 4-unit property that comprise of two larger split level townhomes upstair units (4 bedroom/2 bath) and two downstairs single level units (3 bedroom/2 bath). This property is located in South Beach and it is less than 1 block from the sand.
3. ~Beachside Colony is a ocean front top level condo located at the Beachside Colony complex. This unit offers access to (3) different pools-- even one of the pool is heated.
4. ~Pelican's Landing expanded to now offering (14) different units.
5. ~The Brass Rail expanded to now offering (5) different units.
6. ~Casa Del Mar is our latest property for 2014 and it will be available starting March 31. Coming soon will be more information in regards to this property.

~Ocean Watch is an ocean front 4-unit property with a patio deck that is directly adjacent to the beach. The ocean front patio deck is 100 ft by 60 ft. You can have 1 foot on the beach sand and almost have your other foot in your unit. This is another versatile property where it can accomodate a large party of up to 28 people who wish to stay on the same property. In addition to the beach and patio, each of the four unit have atleast one private balcony and is unique in both style and floor plan. We offer a 1, 2 or3 bedroom units.
~The Brass Rail is a new luxury gated complex with access to two pools, a hot tub and bbq stations. The units were offer contains modern kitchens filled with stainless steel appliances and granite throughout. The property has secure covered parking and elevators that open to your front door. We have three available units in this complex where two units are end units and have great ocean views adjacent to each other. The floor plans of these units are almost mirror images. This units can be reserved together and can accommodate up to 18 people comfortably. Our other offering is a quiet interior unit.
~Pelican's Landing is a newer 18-unit complex where each unit is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath. Each unit offers a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops throughout. This property offers access to the largest pool on Tybee Island which is shared with another complex. In addition, the location is perfect for those who would love to be in close proximity to the South Beach business/entertainment drag strip and South Beach pier. This complex is versatile in terms of being able to accomodate large parties. There is covered parking and an elevator.
~Captain's Watch is a 20-unit complex offering with a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with access to a roof top pool. It is located on South Beach and it is a short walk to everything.
~Silver Shore is a cozy 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo located 1/2 block from the Ocean and the South Beach business/entertainment drag strip.
~Beach Baby is our penthouse property offering. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with an elevator landing. The unit is the only unit on the third floor. You can experience the penthouse lifestyle while being an 1/2 block away from the ocean. This property is located on South Beach.
