This unit is your classic Tybee Island coastal beach retreat. This is the downstairs studio unit in an oceanfront property. There is a patio outside where you can sit and enjoy the ocean view. There is a communal bbq area right on the beach with lounge chairs, grills, and tables.

You will be provided with a Starter Supply of:
- Paper Towels (1 roll)
- Toilet paper (2 per bath)
- Bath towels (interior use only)
- Bed linens (interior use only)
- Dish/hand soap
- Dish detergent
- Trash Bags (3)
~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~
- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
