This unit is your classic Tybee Island coastal beach retreat. Our downstairs unit in oceanfront with incredable views from both inside the unit and from your own large personal outdoor deck with. Whether you want to sit outside at the property's communal bbq and lounge area sipping your beverage of choice, dipping your toes in the ocean or just relaxing back on the couch, this unit offers everything at your fingertips. Located on the eastern most tip of the island, this is one of Tybee's most relaxing locations to catch up on your reading as you relax in the breeze or put your feet up and watch the ships sail by.

~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~

We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.

Each unit should have a couple of beach chairs that you can take to the beach.

We provide for our Guest(s) a welcome starter kit with each unit which includes the following:

- automatic diswasher soap

- hand soap

- a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels

- no toiletries will be furnished

Note: any supplies required beyond the initial start up are to be supplied by the Guest.

Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)

Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.

~Fall (2015 - Sept 15-Nov 31)

Weekly - $1,850. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $300. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $330.

~Winter (2015-Dec 1- Feb 28)

Weekly - $1,650. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $270. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $300.

~Spring (2015 - Mar 1-May 12)

Weekly - $2,100. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $345. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $375.

~Summer (2015 - May 12-Sept 12)

Weekly - $2,400. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $___. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $___.

weekly only June thru Aug 12. June 27- July 11 $2,800.

Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,

Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Three day minimum on holiday rentals.

Additional Costs

All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $130 housekeeping fee.
A refundable security deposit of $400 or a non refundable $35 damage waiver is required.
A $30 processing fee may apply.
