Front Porch Cottage is a nice beach bungalow with tons of outdoor space. It is a block away from the ocean on Mid Beach. The living room as a queen sleeper and is open to the fully equipped kitchen. The master has a queen bed and an attached bath. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds.
The second bath is located convenient to these three bedrooms.
The front porch is an amazing place to relax after a hard day at the beach. You can lounge on the outdoor sofa, swing on the old porch swing, or have a card game on the table and chairs. When you are ready to cook out, you have your choice of a gas or charcoal grill. The large front yard is fully fenced in and has great room for games and entertaining large groups. There is also plenty of parking for several car, a boat, or oversized vehicles.
This home has central air conditioning, with ceiling fans in each room, an out door shower and a washer dryer. There is NOT a dishwasher in this unit.

- We supply all linen and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of sand chairs that you can take to the beach
- The start up amenities package provided for our Guests includes:
automatic dishwasher and hand soap, a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels.
Any supplies beyond the initial start up amenity package are to be supplied by the Guest.
- This unit has A/C, Cable TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
- Two assigned parking spaces. Parking passes may be required during peak times.
- Two keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged $50 re-key charge if both
keys are not returned upon departure.
