Our Coral Reef property is a fabulous retreat with all the amenities and features you can expect from a luxury beach home.  It was newly constructed in June 2007.  Coral Reef is a fabulous five (5) bedroom, 4.5 bath tri-story duplex townhome that is beautifully appointed.  It is located on the beautiful south end of the Island- just a short 3 minute walk to the beach and a less than 10 minute stroll to the main Tybee business/entertainment strip. This property has a convenient elevator to accommodate luggage, groceries and those needing help up the stairs.

Riding your private elevator or taking the stairs to the top floor, you'll find a spacious open layout blending the kitchen, dining room, main family room and wet bar together.  The kitchen is a modern kitchen with brand new stainless-steel appliances suite, beautiful granite counter tops, cooking equipment and flatware.  Also, the kitchen counter has two (2) bar stools.  The living room area is furnished with a sofa and comfy supple leather chairs on beautiful heart pine floors.  Enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the flat screen TV with cable and DVD player.  The dining room has a large dining table that can accommodate up to ten (10) people.  To round out the interior of the top floor, there is the master bedroom furnished with a king bed and the attached master bathroom.  Also, there is a 1/2 bath on the top floor.  From the top floor and through the French doors, you can relax outside on the furnished balcony that overlooks the pool and has a partial ocean view.

The 2nd level has the remaining four (4) bedrooms, three (3) bathrooms and the 2nd family den with a television and a wet bar.  Here is a breakdown of the bedroom arrangements:
   - Bedroom #2 is the 2nd master bedroom layout featuring a king bed, private bath and television. 
   - Bedroom #3 is furnished with a queen bed
   - Bedroom #4 has a university bunk which features a double over a double bed.
   - Bedroom #5 has a queen bed and private bath

The last bathroom is located in the hallway.

Similar to the top floor, you can access the 2nd level balcony and its outside furnishing.

After a long day at the beach, you can sit and relax at your small private pool and have a bbq at the grilling area which offers both a gas and charcoal grill.  The pool area is furnished with tables and chairs and open areas with chaise lounges for sunning at the pool.

This home can accommodate up to 4 vehicles (one SUV outside the garage, 2 standard vehicles under the garage, and one more standard in front of the garage).
Coral Reef is complete with washer and dryer, linens, towels, and cable television. Please bring your own beach towels and beach chairs!

Additionally, there is a private pool on the premises (The pool can be HEATED upon your arrival (pool heating arrangements must be coordinated ahead of your visit and there is an additional fee).

Our condo is family friendly, but, please, NO SMOKING.
Pets are allowed if you have made prior arrangements and have a signed pet agreement.
