Captain's Watch is anaward winning complex in the heart of downtown Tybee. You can walk to the beach, to the Pier or to resturants. Each luxury unit has hardwood floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. There are two assigned parking places for each unit in covered parking garage. There are two elevator and a roof top pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an attatched bath with a large walk in shower. There is a another queen bed in the second bedroom. There an additional sleeper in the sunroom which can be closed off with pocket doors to create a priavate sleeping space to accomodate an additional two people.

- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of beach chairs that you can take to the beach.
- We provide for our Guest(s) a welcome starter kit with each unit which includes the following:
- automatic diswasher soap
- hand soap
- a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels
- no toiletries will be furnished
Note: any supplies required beyond the initial start up are to be supplied by the Guest.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.

~Fall (2015 - Sept 13-Nov 30)
Weekly - $1,000. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $175. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $190.
~Winter (2015 - Dec 1-Feb 28)
Weekly - $ 850. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $120. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $145.
~Spring (2015 - Mar 1-May 12)
Weekly - $1,100. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $185. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $200.
~Summer (2015 - May 12-Sept 12)
Weekly - $1,300. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $___. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $___.
weekly only June thru Aug 12. June 27- July 11 $1,600.
Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Three day minimum on holiday rentals.
Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $100 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $400 or a non refundable $35 damage waiver is required.
- A $30 processing fee may apply.
