~Fall (Sept 15 - December 2)
Weekly -$1040. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $175. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $185.
~Winter (Dec 3 - March 3)
Weekly -$910. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $150. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $165.
~Spring ( Mar 4 - May 12)
Weekly -$1170. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $195. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $210.
~Summer (May 13 - Sept 15)
Weekly - (Saturday-Saturday) - $1300. Daily (rates NOT available June or July) - $215-$235.
Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $85 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $200 or a non refundable damage waiver is required.
- A processing fee of $30 may apply.
Holiday rates apply for St. Patricks' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th,
Labor Day,Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Three day minimum on rentals.

Captain's Watch is a brand new award winning complex in the heart of downtown Tybee. You can walk to the beach, to the Pier or to resturants. We have two different two bedroom units. Each luxury unit has hardwood floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. There are two assigned parking places for each unit in in covered parking garage. There are two elevator and a roof top pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Each master bedroom has a queen bed and an attatched bath with a large walk in shower. Unit 10 has an additional sleeper in the sunroom and can be closed off with pocket doors to create a priavate sleeping space to accomodate an additional two people.
