A Summer Place - Unit 11B

~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~
- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Each unit should have a couple of beach chairs that you can take to the beach.
- We provide for our Guest(s) a welcome starter kit with each unit which includes the following:
- automatic diswasher soap
- hand soap
- a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels
- no toiletries will be furnished
Note: any supplies required beyond the initial start up are to be supplied by the Guest.
- Three (3) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
A Summer Place is a recently renovated historic building on Tybee Island. It's a lovely blend of modern accomodations and classic Tybee Island charms. The building still has the large porch/balconies for the days you want to enjoy the outside breeze and lounge outside while browsing the internet on your tablet/smartphone or just people watch as they stroll towards the beach.
Unit 11B is the larger of the two units. This unit can accomodate up to 10 people comfortably in beds. 3 out of the 4 bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and the 4th bedroom is furnished with two double beds. All (3) bedrooms with king beds have direct access to the balcony.
Our rental is family friendly, but, please, NO SMOKING.
Pets are allowed if you have made prior arrangements and have a signed pet agreement.

Weekly - $1,400. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $240. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $260.
~Winter (2015 - Dec 1-Feb 28)
Weekly - $1,250. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $200. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $225.
~Spring (2015 - Mar 1-May 12)
Weekly - $1,600. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $270. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $300.
~Summer (2015 - May 12-Sept 12)
Weekly - $1,850. Daily (Sunday-Thursday) - $___. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $___.
weekly only June 6 thru Aug 12. June 27- July 11 $2,250.
Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Three day minimum on holiday rentals.
Additional Costs
- All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $175 housekeeping fee.
- A refundable security deposit of $400 or a non refundable $35 damage waiver is required.
- A $30 processing fee may apply.
